Malaysia:Setangan Getam Budu Declared As Kelantan Heritage
KOTA BHARU, Sept 3 (Bernama) -- The Tengku Mahkota of Kelantan, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra today declared Setangan Getam Budu as one of Kelantan’s heritage.The proclamation was made when he officiated the Kelantan Malay Textile and Heritage Festival 2025 at Istana Balai Besar, here.
Meanwhile, the Protocol Officer of the Kelantan Sultan’s Office and coordinator of the festival, Mohamed Safaruddin Ismail, said Setangan Getam Budu was a ceremonial attire used until 1925.
