In China, is there a surplus of engineers and a shortage of doctors and nurses?

       
It seems like there is too much emphasis of tech and engineering professions and not enough on healthcare professions.
       
I think we have a similar issue in America. In America, it is much easier to be qualified as a software developer or engineer than it is to be a doctor or nurse. Computer science graduates face a lot of unemployment, and nursing and medicine graduates can get employment very easily.

There is clearly not a surplus of innovative entrepreneurs and university professors in China!  Otherwise, Chinese would not be coming to our beautiful country in masses!

只有护士，是中学毕业后进入有护理专业的职业学校学习三年时间。医生是需要非常高的分数进入医科大学，最少需要学习五年并经过考核合格才可以做医生。

这里的医学院的学费很便宜，而医生显然是一个不错的职业，所以这里并不缺少医生

If America falls, I bet a huge reason will be because of our healthcare system.

医生和护士短缺应该在任何国家都存在 工程师过剩 那前提要看什么工程师了

两点，1、在中国定义这些和美国是不一样的。比如，美国人会一点绘画，就称为艺术家。在中国根本算不上什么。只有具备突出成就的才可以成为艺术家。其它行业同理。所以，中国并不过剩。2中国人去美国。很多人是被美国的宣传机器洗脑了，个世界其他国家去美国的认识一样。当然，我在这里说的不是全部，但是有很大一部分是这样。3、只要是高端人才，哪里都缺。基础技能型的人，中国不缺。

I dunno about medical personnel, but we most certainly don't have a surplus of engineers, in fact we have rather acute shortages of engineers and technicians in certain fields, such as the semiconductor industry.
